Pace's Partner Application Process:
Steps to Study Abroad
APPLY TO STUDY ABROAD THROUGH PACE
First, apply for your chosen study abroad program through Pace (via the blue "Apply Now" button) prior to the application deadline (March 15), and wait to be notified by Education Abroad of your approval to study abroad. Pace academic credits for study abroad will only be awarded to students who have applied and been accepted to study abroad by Pace Education Abroad.
NEXT, APPLY TO THE FOREIGN HOST INSTITUTION
Apply to the foreign host institution directly, only after being accepted to study abroad by Pace. Follow the instructions sent to you by the Pace Education Abroad office on how to apply to your specific program, which you will receive after you apply through Pace. Once you have been approved to study abroad by Pace, apply to USAC here:

- Fall Semester: March 15
- Spring Semester: September 20
USAC Application Deadlines
- Fall Semester: May 15
- Spring Semester: October 15
When selecting courses for USAC, you’ll need to seek Course Equivalency approval from a Pace Department Chair, which could take some time, and your academic advisor. Read more about the

- Room charges are the responsibility of the student and are paid directly to the host institution.
- Out-of-pocket expenses (airfare, meals, local transportation, etc.) are the responsibility of the student.
- All federal and state financial aid apply during the semester abroad. Up to $12,500 of institutional financial aid (Pace scholarships/grants) applies to the semester abroad. (Portability of Pace institutional aid is limited to 2 semesters, and Pace tuition remission does not apply.)
ENSURE YOU ENROLL IN ENOUGH CREDITS DURING YOUR SEMESTER ABROAD!!
A minimum of 12 U.S. credits is required during a semester abroad.
