1. STUDY ABROAD COURSE/PROGRAM FEE: The Study Abroad Course/Program Fee is billed to your Pace student account. The Study Abroad Course/Program Fee typically contains lodging, varying numbers of meals, field trips, group transportation, program leader expenses, etc.  The Study Abroad Course/Program Fee will automatically be added to your Pace student account once Education Abroad has registered you for the course.

2.  STUDY ABROAD FEE ($100):  The Study Abroad Fee ($100) is an administrative fee assessed at the time of Pace registration for all faculty-led courses.  The Study Abroad Fee will automatically be added to your Pace student account once Education Abroad has registered you for the course.  Please note this is separate and distinct from the Study Abroad Course/Program Fee (housing, some meals, etc.) associated with the faculty-led course.

3. ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL (OUT-OF-POCKET) EXPENSES:
The Non-billable Total accounts for costs paid out-of-pocket by the student both pre-departure (e.g., passport, flight) and on-site (e.g., meals).
  • This estimated budget has been prepared for the purpose of calculating eligibility for Financial Aid, and to serve as a guideline to assist you in budgeting for the additional living and discretionary expenses abroad that are not included in the Study Abroad Course/Program Fee. During the course of program operations, actual figures may vary, and individual expenses may differ due to personal needs, spending habits, and exchange rates. It is your responsibility to verify and understand actual costs and expenses for your program.
  • All amounts are expressed in U.S. dollars and are based on current exchange rates at the time of preparation.

4.  ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Airfare: Cost is based on round-trip NYC departure and return.
  • Visa/Passport/Residence Permit Fees: Requirements and estimated fees based on U.S. citizenship. Non-U.S. citizens may have different requirements and associated costs.
  • Personal Expenses: The total amount of personal expenses that are listed above can vary depending on personal spending habits and individual needs. Personal expenses include, but are not limited to, cell phone purchase/usage, entertainment, etc.

5. PACE UNIVERSITY TUITION: Once Education Abroad has registered you for the faculty-led course, you will be billed Pace tuition and fees, based on the number of credits taken and the course level (such as undergraduate versus graduate student tuition).  Consult with Student Accounts regarding your particular tuition rate.

6.  FINANCIAL AID:  If you need additional assistance with financing the costs associated with the faculty-led course, your parents have the option of applying for a Federal Parent PLUS loan or you, as the student, may apply for an Alternative Bank loan.

The costs listed on this screen are subject to change and Pace University reserves the right to adjust fees at any time.
